Q. How long does it take to open an account?

Generally this depends on how quickly we receive the completed Accounts for Application Form from you. Once the references have been checked this process takes 1 - 2 days.

Q. Can I pickup my order?

Orders can be picked from our Rydalmere Location from 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday excluding public holdays at no charge.

Q. When will I receive my order?

Sydney Metro - Orders received by 10am can be delivered in the afternoon of that working day.
Regional NSW & Interstate - Orders received by 1pm will be dispatched that same day for deliveries between 24 to 48hrs (depending on regions).

Q. When can I get deliveries at no charge (Free Into Store)?

Orders over $250 for Sydney Metro are freight free.

Q. Where is my order?

DB Health use a number of couriers to delivery orders around Australia. Please report any issues you may have including missing boxes & late orders to our friendly Customer Services. We will contact our couriers and find out when your order will be delivered.

Q. My order is damaged!

Please report any damages to our friendly Customer Services immediately after receiving your order.

Q. I need this order today!

If orders are required on the same day please inform Customer Service. Delivery on the same day will on some occassions incurr additional costs.

Q. Why is this product on backorder?

With over 4,000 product lines listed, unfortunately variable conditions such as manufacturers delays or supply chain shortages result in some stock out situations. It is likely that occuring back orders usually experience minimal delays of between 1-2 days. We endeavour to keep all customers updated regarding ETAs on backordered items.
